مارننگ شوز۔۔ بھلائی یا برائی ؟

پاکستان ایک ایسا ملک ہے جو مستقل انگنت مسائل سے دوچار ہے ۔ بڑھتے جرائم اور دہشتگردوں کی سرگرمیوں نے لوگوں کی زندگیوں میں بے سکونی پیدا کردی ہے ۔ ایسی صورتحال میں مارننگ شوز خواتین کے لئے ایک تفریح کا باعث بن چکا ہے تو ساتھ ہی یہ مارننگ شوز خواتین کے انداز و اطورا ر کو بدل بھی رہے ہیں اب ان پروگرامات کا مقصد نت نئے ملبوسات اور جیولری کی نمائش ہی رہ گیا اور لباس بھی ایسے جنکا ہماری تہذیب و تمدن سے دور دور تک بھی کوئی واسطہ نہیں ۔ ان شوز میں خواتین کو شو پیس کے طور پر پیش کیا جاتا ہے جس سے بے حیائی انتہاء کو پہنچ رہی ہے۔

خواتین کے لئے مارننگ شوزاب ایک ماڈل رول بن چکے ہیں ۔ ہزاروں کی تعداد میں خواتین ٹیلی ویژن اسکرین کے سامنے مارنگ شوز کے لئے منتظر ہوتی ہیں۔ ایک وقت تھا جب صبح کی ابتداء ﷲ کے نام سے ہوتی تھی لیکن ان شوز کا جنون اتنا بڑھ گیا ہے کہ خواتین باقاعدہ سارے کام چھوڑ کر بڑے شوق سے اپنا قیمتی وقت سرف کرتی ہیں اور عموما یہ گھریلو خواتین ہی ہوتی ہیں۔

آج کل یہ بھی دیکھنے میں آرہا ہے کہ ان مارننگ شوز کی وجہ سے خواتین بہت حد تک برانڈکونشیئس ہوگئی ہیں اور اپنی ضروریات کو ایک طرف رکھ کر برانڈز کے چکر میں پڑگئی ہیں اور اسی وجہ سے نمود نمائش بڑھ گئی ہے اور ہر کوئی ایک دوسرے سے آگے نکلنے کے چکر میں مہنگے سے مہنگے کپڑے خریدنے پر آمادہ نظر آتا ہے۔

ان تمام باتوں سے قطع نظر مارننگ شوز سے ہمیں بہت سی اچھی اور کام کی باتیں بھی گھر بیٹھے سیکھنے کو ملتی ہیں اور لوگ گھر بیٹھے فائدہ بھی اٹھا رہے ہیں ۔پیمرا کو چاہیے کہ تمام چینلز کو پابند کرے کہ وہ اپنے پروگرامات میں نئے ٹیلنٹ کو سامنے لائیں اور کارآمد چیزیں بتائیں جس سے معاشرہ بلندی کی طرف جائے اور انتشارو بگاڑ کا سبب بننے والے پروگرامات پر مکمل پابندی عائد کی جائے۔ دوسری جانب بحیثیت فرد ہمیں بھی چاہیے کہ ہم اپنا قیمتی وقت برباد کرنے کے بجائے مثبت کاموں میں صرف کریں تاکہ ہمارا ملک بھی ترقی یافتہ ممالک کی فہرست میں کھڑا ہوسکے۔

میرا نام یسریٰ ہے۔ یسریٰ کے معنی خوشحالی کے ہیں خوشحال تو زندگی بھی ہوتی ہے۔زندگی میں تو غم بھی ہوتے ہیں غم تو ہر کسی کی زندگی میں ہوتے ہیں زندگی مین تو مشکلات بھی آتی ہیں مشکلات سے انسان سیکھتا ہے سیکھتا تو بچہ بھی ہے بچے تو پیا رے ہوتے ہیں پیارے تو پھول بھی ہوتے ہیں پھولوں کے کئی رنگ ہوتے ہیں رنگ تو تتلی کے بھی ہوتے ہیں تتلی تو آسمان پہ ہوتی ہے آسمان پہ تو تارے بھی ہوتے ہیں تارے تو رات میں چمکتے ہیں۔ رات میں تو چاند بھی چمکتا ہے چاند تو سفید ہوتا ہے سفید تو بلی بھی ہوتی ہے بلی تو دودھ پیتی ہے دودھ تو سب پیتے ہیں پیتے تو پانی بھی ہیں پانی تو سمندر میں ہوتا ہے سمندر میں تو مچھلیاں بھی ہوتی ہیں مچھلی جل کی رانی ہوتی ہے رانی تو راج کرتی ہے راج تو شیر بھی کرتا ہے شیر تو جنگل میں ہوتا ہے جنگل میں تو اور جانور بھی ہوتے ہیں جانور تو پنجرے میں ہوتے ہیں پنجرے میں تو پرندے بھی ہوتے ہیں پرندے تو درختوں پر بھی ہوتے ہیں ۔ درختوں پہ تو پتے بھی ہوتے ہیں ۔پتوں سے تو ہریالی بھی ہوتی ہے ہریالی تو باغ میں بھی ہوتی ہے باغ میں تو پھل بھی ہوتے ہیں پھل تو میٹھے ہوتے ہیں میٹھی تو مٹھائی بھی ہوتی ہے مٹھائی تو حلوائی کے پاس بھی ہوتی ہیں حلوائی کے پاس تو حلوہ بھی ہوتا ہے حلوہ تو سردیوں میں کھایا جاتا ہے سردیوں میں تو بھت ٹھنڈ ہوتی ہے ٹھنڈ میں تو ہم گرم کپڑے پہنتے ہیں گرم تو آگ بھی ہوتی ہے آگ تو جلادیتی ہے جلتا تو دل بھی ہے دل تو سب کے پاس ہوتا ہے دل سے تو پیار بھی ہوتا ہے پیار تو ہم امی سے کرتے ہیں امی تو اچھی ہوتی ہے اچھے تو بابا بھی ہوتے ہیں بابا تو چیزیں لاتے ہیں چیزیں تو ہم روز کھاتے ہیں روز تو ہم دوستوں سے بھی ملتے ہیں دوست تو بہت اچھے ہوتے ہیں جو ہمارے کام بھی آتے ہیں کام تو ہم روز کرتے ہیں کام سے یاد آیا آج تو بلاگ بھی لکھنا ہے سو باقی باتیں بعد میں پہلے کام تب تک کیلئے ۔۔۔۔اللہ حافظ۔

کراچی ۔۔ ر وشنیوں کا شہر؟

ؑ عروس البلاد کراچی کبھی روشنوں کا شہر بھی کہلاتا تھا۔سمندر کے کنارے واقع یہ عظیم شہر اپنی خوبصورتی کے حوالے سے پوری دنیا میں اپنی مثال آپ تھا جسکی راتیں جاگتی اور زندگی رواں دواں نظر آتی تھی۔ پاکستان کا سب سے بڑا شہر ہونے کے ناطے کراچی ہمیشہ سے ایک معاشی حب رہا ہے اور پورے ملک سے لوگ روزگار کی تلاش میں اس شہر کا رخ کرتے رہے ہیں اور یہ شہر امیرو غریب اور ہر طبقۂ فکر کے لوگوں کو اپنے دامن میں سمیٹ لیتا ہے ۔ لیکن آج یہی کراچی حکمرانوں کی نااہلی اور عوام کی بے حسی کا منی بولتا نمونہ پیش کرتا ہے۔ گندگی اور غلاظت، ٹوٹی پھوٹی سڑکیں اور دہشت گردی اور بھتہ خوری کے واقعات کراچی کی پہچان بن کر رہ گئے ہیں اور اسکی رونقیں ماند پڑتی جارہی ہیں۔
اس شہر کی بد نصیبی یہ ہے کہ اسکی قسمت کو سنوارنے کیلئے یوں تو ہمارے حکمران بہت دعوے کرتے نظر آتے ہیں لیکن اسکا عملی مظاہرہ ہمیں کہیں دیکھنے کو نہیں ملتا۔ یہ شہر جو پورے ملک کو ۷۰ فیصد ریونیودیتا ہے اسکی ترقی کیلئے کبھی سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ نہیں کیا جاتا اور کبھی سر کلر ریلوے تو کبھی گرین لائن بس جیسے پراجیکٹ سے عوام کو لالی پاپ دینے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے جو صرف کاغذوں تک ہی محدود رہتے ہیں۔ اگر اس شہر کے مسائل پر نظر ڈالی جائے تو وہ بھی ہمیں اس شہر کی طرح لامحدود نظر آتے ہیں۔ کسی زمانے میں کراچی صفائی ستھرائی میں اپنی مثال آپ تھا اور اسکی سڑکیں روز دھلا کرتی تھیں آج یہی سڑکیں ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکار ہیں اور جگہ جگہ گندگی کے ڈھیر نظر آتے ہیں۔دھواں، شور اور بے ہنگم ٹریفک نے لوگوں کی زندگی اجیرن کر رکھی ہے اور وہ افراتفری کا شکار ہوگئے ہیں۔ دو کروڑ کی آبادی والے اس شہر میں بھی لوگ صاف پانی اور بجلی جیسی بنیادی ضروریات کو ترستے ہیں اور آئے روز احتجاج کرتے ہیں لیکن حکمرانوں کے کانوں پر جوں تک نہیں رینگتی۔ بھتہ خوری، ٹارگٹ کلنگ اور اسٹریٹ کرائم کے واقعات نے گو کہ کراچی کے کاروبار کو کسی حد تک متاثر کیا تھا لیکن کراچی آپریشن کے بعد ان واقعات میں بہت حد تک کمی واقع ہوئی ہے۔
ان تمام مسائل کے باوجود اس لاوارث شہر کا کوئی پر سانِ حال نظر نہیں آتا جو ان مسائل کو حل کرے ۔ہمارے حکمرانوں کو چاہیئے کہ وہ اس شہر کی ترقی کیلئے زبانی دعوؤں کے بجائے عملی اقدامات کریں ۔ اسی طرح عوام کو بھی چاہیئے کہ وہ حکمرانوں سے آس لگانے کے بجائے خود آگے بڑ ھیں اور اس شہرکو اپنا سمجھتے ہوئے اسکی تعمیرو ترقی میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں اور اسے روشنیوں کا شہر بنائے رکھنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں کیونکہ کراچی ترقی کریگاتو پاکستان ترقی کریگا اسلیئے ضروری ہے کہ سب مل کر اس شہر کو بنائیں تا کہ اس کا نام ترقی یافتہ شہروں کی صف میں شامل ہوسکے ۔

A year back, the Army Public School was attacked. The entire nation stood united in its message of fighting the war on terror. We even made songs promising retribution against those who carried out these attacks and a safe country for our children. The bombing was one of the biggest in Pakistan since Islamists slaughtered more than 100 children at an attack on Army public School in 2014.World leaders were quick to condemn Sunday's attacks, with several messages and condolences pouring in. It’s no coincidence that the attackers targeted Lahore: the capital of the Punjab province – which is the country’s largest and richest – is the symbol of the multicultural and multi-religious tradition of Pakistan. The day isn’t accidental as well: the 27th of March, Easter Sunday, coincided with the 40th day of mourning for the execution of Mumtaz Qadri, the man who killed Punjab’s former governor, Salman Taseer, in 2011. This attack is the 3rd biggest attack in past 2 years. As of February 2016, the United Nations (UN) has identified 13.5 million Syrians requiring humanitarian assistance. 6.6 million of these are internally displaced within Syria and over 4.6 million are refugees outside of Syria. Turkey is the largest host country with over 2.5 million refugees, and it has spent more than 8 billion Euros on direct assistance. Close to 1 million Syrians have requested asylum in various countries, particularly within the European Union (EU), and many have been accepted for resettlement around the world. Global efforts in support of internally displaced persons (IDPs) within Syria, and Syrian refugees in neighboring countries, are coordinated largely through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). To Feb 2016, pledges have been made to the UNHCR, by various nations, to permanently resettle 170,000 registered refugees 4 million Syrian refugees in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt see no prospect of returning home in the near future, an As winter descends and temperatures drop to as low as -13 degrees, survival becomes much more difficult for the people of Syria. They have little opportunity to restart their lives in exile. 11 million - More than half of Syria's pre-war population have been killed or forced to flee their homes.

The world can no longer hide away from the horrific numbers. Five years of brutal conflict has forced Syria into a dark place. As the crisis shows no sign of stopping neither will the shocking numbers.

بھارتی جاسوس نے دورانِ تفتیش یہ اعتراف بھی کیا ہے کہ وہ بلوچستان اور کراچی میں دہشت گردی کی کاروائیوں میں ملوث تھا اور وہاں کے علیحدگی پسند نوجوانوں کو ہر قسم کی امداد اور اسلحہ فراہم کرتا تھا اور بم دھماکوں اور دہشت گردی پر اکساتا رہا۔ اسکا اصل ٹارگٹ بلوچستان اور گوادر اور سی پیک کے منصوبوں کو سبوتاژ کرنا تھا جس کیلئے بھارت نے ایرانی بندرگاہ چاہ بہار کو ترقی دینے کا کام شروع کردیا تھا تاکہ گوادر کی اہمیت کو کم کیا جاسکے۔ دراصل بھارت بحیرہ عرب اور خلیج فارس میں سپر پاور بننا چاہتا ہے جس کیلئے وہ کراچی اور بلوچستان کو الگ کرنے کی سازشوں میں بھی مصروف ہے اسی مقصد کیلئے اسے خطے میں چین کی موجودگی اور پاک چین دوستی ایک آنکھ نہیں بھاتی۔

پاکستان کو اس معاملے کو بہت سنجیدگی سی لینا چاہیئے اور عالمی سطح پر اس کیس کو مضبوط موقف کے ساتھ پیش کرنا چاہیئے کیونکہ پاکستان کا ہمیشہ سے یہ موقف رہا ہے کہ پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کے پیچھے بھارت ملوث ہے اور اسکے ثبوت بھی مختلف ممالک کو دیئے گئے اور اب بھارتی جاسوس کی گرفتاری سے پاکستانی موقف کی تصدیق ہوگئی ہے اور پاکستان کو بھارت کا اصل چہرہ دنیا کے سامنے لانے کا ایک بھرپور موقع ملا ہے۔ لیکن اس سب کے باوجود بھارت اپنی میں نہ ما نوں کی پالیسی پر اب بھی قائم ہے ۔ حکومت کو چاہیئے کہ اس بار کسی دباؤ میں آئے بغیر سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ کرے اور اپنے ذاتی تعلقات کو ایک طرف رکھ کے ملک کے مفاد میں بہتر فیصلہ لے اور یہ نہ ہو کہ ریمنڈ ڈیوس کی طرح اس جاسوس کو بھی خاموشی کے ساتھ بھارت کے حوالے کردیا جائے۔

A NEW HOPE FOR THE KARACHITES

   Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday performed the groundbreaking ceremony of Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System in Karachi.
    The project worth Rs16 billion is a significant milestone in upgrading and decongesting the overburdened transport infrastructure of Karachi. The project starts from Karachi’s Surjani Town area all the way to Gurumandir. The Green Line was to meet the Blue Line at Gurumandir and then go on to Tower, he said, adding that because work was delayed on the Blue Line, he asked for the Green Line to be extended to the central business district. Work will start on the Lyari Expressway in March, for which the federal government has released Rs1.9 billion already, he said.
    He said work on the Karachi-Hyderabad motorway has started, while construction of the Hyderabad-Sukkur section of the motorway will be set to start within a month. The Sukkur-Multan and Multan-Lahore sections will also start soon
   After its completion, the corridor is estimated to benefit nearly 300,000 passengers a day. The entire Rs16.85 million cost of the corridor funding has been provided by the federal government. A fully autonomous company – Karachi Infrastructure Development Company Limited (KIDCL) – has been incorporated to run the project. He appreciated the efforts of the law enforcement agencies for restoring peace in the city.
    However, he expressed his concern over the rise in the incidents of street crimes in Karachi and directed the authorities to take measures to ensure elimination of street crimes. Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan thanked the prime minister for the mass transit project which he said was very significant for the development of Karachi.
    Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah also thanked the prime minister for providing financial assistance in the Green Line project. He a;lso praised the federal government for sharing 50 per cent cost of the K-4 water project in Karachi which will eliminate the water woes of the metropolis.

Panama leak leaks the truth

A huge leak of confidential documents has revealed how the rich and powerful use tax havens to hide their wealth. Eleven million documents were leaked from one of the world's most secretive companies, Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca.

They show how the company has helped clients launder money, dodge sanctions and evade tax. The company says it has operated beyond reproach for 40 years and has never been charged with criminal wrong-doing. The documents show 12 current or former heads of state and at least 60 people linked to current or former world leaders in the data.
They include the Icelandic Prime Minister, Sigmundur David Gunnlaugson, who had an undeclared interest linked to his wife's wealth. He has said he will not resign. The data also contain secret offshore companies linked to the families and associates of Egypt's former President, Hosni Mubarak, former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and Syria's President Bashar al-Assad.
